About Us
Paul Thomas Chocolates is not just a candy store; it is an experience, as well as an opportunity to understand the complexity of chocolate and its creation. The notable success achieved by Paul is wholly attributable to his passion for fine chocolate making and for sharing this passion through creating a unique, satisfying adventure for the customer: an experience which opens all of one's senses upon entering the door to this inviting establishment.
Sights, sounds, and smells: The aroma of a warming mixture of cacao-based chocolate and fresh sweet cream; the sight of the waterfall of warm, smooth chocolate cascading down on various fruits, nuts, and caramel; soft truffle centers being dipped in a large vat of milk or dark chocolate; and the sound of friendly banter with customers as people are drawn towards the conveyor assembly, fondly referred to as our "Lucy machine" based on the classic episode from the "I Love Lucy" television show.
These sights, sounds, and smells are surpassed only by the delectable taste of the products. Paul uses only the finest ingredients, carefully sought out from all over the world, for his delicacies. One thing is for sure: when you walk out of the shop you are smiling, knowing that North Georgia is truly a "sweeter" place with Paul Thomas Chocolates here!
