Yahoola Snappers
All of our "Snappers" are made from Georgia Pecans and our fresh heavy sweet whipping cream caramel. We feature three different varieties: milk, dark, and natural. Our natural snappers are a wonderful chocolate-free option for nut and caramel lovers.
Assorted Hand Dipped Truffles
Our collection of truffles includes flavors such as French, Swiss, Coffee, Champagne, Gran Marnier, Irish Créme, and Pepper and Spice. We create our truffle centers with a combination of semi-sweet chocolate and heavy sweet whipping cream, with new truffle flavors always being introduced seasonally.
Almond Butter Crunch (Toffee)
Our Almond Butter Crunch is one of the signature pieces at our store. The almonds are roasted in butter and sugar to 300° F then poured on to a granite slab to be cut and cooled. Our special Milk or Dark Chocolate then coats the butter crunch, only to be covered again with more roasted almonds.
Double Dipped Pretzels
Paul Thomas Double Dipped Pretzels will really catch your fancy. The crisp, salty beer pretzels are double dipped in Milk, Dark or White Chocolate, and then packed by the piece or by the pound.
